My Story

I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant and specialize with working with women over 40 but have been interested in the health and wellness industry for years.  My journey started with daily workouts when my kids were little, whether they are strength based, cardio based or simply stretching I discovered that the more fit I felt, my overall body felt better.  Once I incorporated healthy eating I really noticed the physical and emotional changes in myself. I plan on helping my clients achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in creating personalized meal plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.
